Health, wellbeing, easing pain and suffering, fun, love and joy have always been very important to me. I was allowed into people's lives in a very deep, personal way with my work as an Intensive Care nurse, and Hospice nurse. These deep connections required support of healing on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, for my patients and their loved ones. Medicine was not always holistic, but nursing often was, and I gravitated to the places I could practice holistically. As I became more interested in prevention, I became a high school nurse, hoping to teach wellbeing before illness started. I loved the science of medicine, but clearly, my students with anxiety, suicidal ideations, self injury, trauma and high ACE scores were not being helped enough by conventional medicine. Then, two serious medical diagnoses of my own lead me to EFT. My panic over the threat to my life, and quality of life, was transformed by EFT into hope, peace, self advocacy and a level of problem solving I had never known. As I started understanding my past trauma, and learned how to release it, life became easier and more fun for me, and for those I shared EFT with. I love the collaboration and synergy I feel between my own mind and body, and between my clients and myself with these life-changing techniques. I believe deeply that we are our own experts on self healing, and that joy, love, and the ability to thrive are what is left when emotional blocks are removed, energy flows freely again, and barriers to our wisdom are removed. I am healed by hikes in the mountains and woods, travel, walking the beach, EFT, meditation, gratitude, and time spent with the people I love. I am a kinesthetic learner and love involving both the body and mind with EFT, and I marvel at the tremendous energy I receive from freeing blocked energy. I would love to meet you and assist you on your path to emotional freedom, wholeness, and enjoyment of your uniqueness. Email: rose.scentsations@gmail.com
